    Seriously, isn’t that what a diagram of “I, Pencil” would look like, which economists use to point out the silliness of such central planning? I think a good deal of economics is exactly pointing out the hubris and folly of such plans.

    haha, i liked the general’s comment of “when we understand this slide, we’ll have won the war.”

    on a somewhat related note, they joked about using a power point to plan the destruction of the death star… i actually did use power point to explain the destruction of the death star as an example of a black swan event. haha, o economists.

    If economists ran the army, the strategy might be simplified down to a few supply and demand curves. Sounds good to me.
